Screens 2, 3 & 4 are all located on the ground floor and are accessible with wheelchair spaces in the screens. Screen 1 isn't accessible as it is located upstairs on our upper level.
Do you provide complementary access for carers?
We do provide complimentary tickets to carers on the presentation of a Cinema Exhibition Association card (http://www.ceacard.co.uk), also known as a 'CEA Card'. We accept it when the carer is accompanying someone for whom they are caring and the person who requires care has bought a cinema ticket. For the FAQ of the card please see here: T&C. To use this enter your code on the Add E-Ticket or promotional code option when selecting your film.
What are Sensory Friendly Screenings?
Our 'Sensory Friendly' screenings are designed for guests with sensory disorders. During a 'Sensory Screening' the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and subtitles are played for the show. We will show a sensory friendly screening the first Saturday and Sunday of each month around 12pm (before the foyer gets too busy and noisy for the later shows)
